What does it cost to do a program?
This is probably the most frequently asked question, and the most difficult to answer. The bottom line is that each situation is unique, and there are far too many variables to give a single cost. Now, we know that I didn’t answer your question so we offer some advice instead.
Commission Enterprises advice #1:
Know your budget and shop for a relationship. Figure out what you can afford to spend now and in the future, and be honest about it with the agency. Remember, a creative relationship is all about chemistry and you need to know that you will trust and respect the relationships you create.
Commission Enterprises advice #2:
Look for a process that is in place and that some level of commitment exists on the part of the agency, for instance see our “results guarantee“. In our experience, beginning without a full road map of deliverables that are built on your strategic goals is the first indication that you are going to waste your money.
Who will work on our project?
Usually this question is really asking if we are going to dump your project on a junior employee. Rest assured, we won’t! At Commission Enterprises we work as a complete team, and each one of us gets involved with every project at some point. You will be assigned a project lead. This person will be intimate with your project and be your constant point of contact.
